Add your records at GoDaddy

When GoDaddy runs your domain's DNS.

Add the records

  1. In your Domain Portfolio, select the domain, then Domain Settings and DNS.
  2. Select Add New Record and choose the type.
  3. Enter the name and value from your domain's page, without your domain after the name. Use @ for the domain itself. The MX record's priority has its own field.
  4. Select Save, or Save All Records when you've added several.
If GoDaddy email was connected to the domain, GoDaddy added MX records of its own. Delete them, or mail keeps going there. A name can't end with a dot. With Domain Protection on, GoDaddy asks for a verification code.
